In early 2020, Sara began studying Dr Joe's lectures, books and TV shows ("Rewired" on Gaia), and she began practicing his meditations. The results came relatively quickly, and all before Sara had even attended a retreat: freedom from decades of depression, healing in her spine, manifestation of the "perfect" RV, and weight loss "without trying" of 30 lbs.
